• Swedish Massage -Relaxing, medium pressure
• Deep Tissue Massage-Release chronically tense muscles for pain relief
• Injury Treatment-Short treatment  session to assess injury and suggest treatment plan(s)  
• Sports/Athletes Massage-Deep tissue and stretching tense muscles to improve performance and flexibility 
• Pregnancy Massage-Only available after 13 weeks of pregnancy
• Thai Massage-Passive yoga/stretching style massage while client is completely and comfortably clothed
• Chair Massage-Upper body massage performed while client is comfortably clothed and sitting in a massage chair
• Back, Neck, and Shoulder Massage-Swedish and deep tissue massage focusing only on the upper body
• Myoskeletal Alignment-Helps relieve chronic pain and assist the body in working as a whole. Tight, stressed muscles contribute to pain by limiting freedom of movement, while weak muscles provide insufficient support for the body. In turn, this leads to posture problems, stiffness, and other symptoms which create an endless cycle of pain.

Massage can help reverse injuries caused by repetitive motion, poor posture, and poor lifting habits, and help people recover from automobile accidents, sports injuries, and workplace injuries.
